HO CHI MINH CITY ARRIVAL - QUARANTINE - WORKING FACTORY/COMPANY IN TAY NINH DAY 1: VIETNAM ARRIVAL - MEDICAL CHECKS - QUARANTINE STATION (L, D) Upon Vietnam arrival, our staff with medical staff will support you to check your health and do necessary procedures for your immigration. After that, if there is no any issues about your health, transfer to quarantine station for your 21-day quarantine. Overnight in quarantine station. DAY 2-21: QUARANTINE STATION PERIOD (B, L, D) Spend your 21 days in quarantine station with daily full-board meals and medical checks. In case you are tested to be positive to COVID-19, the medical staff and Vietravel will support you to transfer to the hospitals for your treatment (these expenses are excluded and upon on request). Overnight in quarantine station. DAY 22: QUARANTINE STATION - WORKING FACTORY/COMPANY (B) |
After finish the last day of medical check and all results are guaranteed upon medical requirements, checking out and you can leave the quarantine station and back to your company/factory (this process can be extended till 22th Day to receive final test result from authorized offices). Meal on full board: lunch & dinner boxes per day, excluding lunch and dinner on the 22th day (check out day): B for Breakfast; L for Lunch; D for Dinner
One-way international air ticket Guangzhou – Ho Chi Minh (Economy class, tax included)
Air-conditioned vehicle from Tan Son Nhat airport to hotel in Tay Ninh on the first day
Supporting staff at the airport on the first day

Approval document by Heath Department about quarantine plan
Medical test of COVID-19: 4 times maximum
DOCUMENT: approval letter from CDC, approval letter from health service department, approval letter form immigration department
Excluding:
Beverage ; Visa arrangement & Visa fee
International & domestic airfare with airport tax
Treatment, transportation & other expenses if the clients are positive to COVID-19 or any other incidental diseases at the airport/during the quarantine period
Accommodation & service extension in case medical staff requires quarantine more than 15 days
Approval documents by authorized departments (City/Province Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs; People's Committee and Immigration Department & Immigration Department
Hotel early check in (prior 14:00) and late check out (after 12:00)
Personal expenses, tip, laundry...& others unspecified in the above including list
Medical test of COVID-19 requirement more than 2 times
Remarks:
Rate on public holidays can be changed at the time of confirmation without prior notice
All services are not blocked yet until your confirmation.
If the customers are positive to COVID-19 during their quarantine period and cancel their rooms in the next nights, surcharge is based on the actual number of nights that they stayed.
